Ryan Fox, MA, Lead TCM
Ryan Fox serves as the Targeted Case Management (TCM) Lead at Southern Roots Therapeutic Services. He holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and brings a strong background in supporting individuals with diverse needs across clinical, educational, and community settings.
In his role, Ryan works closely with individuals and families to ensure they receive the resources, coordination, and support needed to improve daily functioning and overall well-being. He is experienced in helping clients navigate complex systems such as healthcare, education, and community services, while advocating for their individual needs.
Ryan also assists with autism evaluations, utilizing his background in special education and assessment to support accurate identification and individualized planning. In addition to his clinical work, he serves in multiple roles within the community, reflecting his strong commitment to improving access to care and support services.
Ryan is passionate about helping clients build independence, stability, and confidence. As TCM Lead, he oversees case management services to ensure high-quality, consistent care for those served by Southern Roots Therapeutic Services.
Tyson Lawson, BS, TCM & Community Support Associate Lead
Tyson Lawson serves as both a Targeted Case Manager (TCM) and the Community Support Associate (CSA) Lead at Southern Roots Therapeutic Services. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and is dedicated to supporting individuals in building stability, independence, and improved daily functioning.
In his role as a TCM, Tyson works closely with clients and families to connect them with essential resources, coordinate care, and navigate systems such as healthcare, education, and community services. As CSA Lead, he oversees community support services, ensuring clients receive consistent, hands-on assistance in developing life skills and reinforcing therapeutic goals.
Tyson also serves as a liaison with the Whitley County Jail, helping connect individuals to needed mental health and support services as they transition and reintegrate into the community. His work in this role reflects a strong commitment to continuity of care and community collaboration.
Tyson is known for his compassionate, practical approach and his dedication to helping clients achieve meaningful, long-term progress.
Allison Powers, MA, TCM & Training Coordinator
Allison Powers serves as a Targeted Case Manager (TCM) and Training Coordinator at Southern Roots Therapeutic Services. She holds a Master’s degree and brings a strong foundation of knowledge and experience to her work with individuals and families.
In her role as a TCM, Allison works closely with clients to connect them with essential resources, coordinate care, and support improved daily functioning and overall well-being. She is dedicated to helping individuals navigate systems such as healthcare, education, and community services while advocating for their unique needs.
As Training Coordinator, Allison oversees in-house staff training and development, helping ensure that team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to provide high-quality, consistent care. She plays an important role in supporting staff growth and maintaining strong service standards across the organization.

Brieanna Wilson, BA, Administrative Coordinator
Brieanna Wilson holds a Bachelor’s degree and serves as the Administrative Coordinator at Southern Roots Therapeutic Services. She is the driving force behind the day-to-day operations that keep the practice running smoothly.
Brieanna plays a vital role in nearly every aspect of the organization, including intake coordination, billing, HR support, insurance navigation, scheduling, and countless behind-the-scenes responsibilities. Her ability to manage multiple systems while maintaining organization and efficiency makes her an essential part of the team.
Known for her dedication, problem-solving, and attention to detail, Brieanna helps ensure both clients and staff have the support they need. Her commitment and consistency truly make her the glue that holds Southern Roots together, and her impact is felt throughout every part of the practice.
Kayla Fox, BS, Targeted Case Manager
Kayla Fox serves as a Targeted Case Manager (TCM) at Southern Roots Therapeutic Services. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and is dedicated to supporting individuals and families in accessing the resources and services they need to improve daily functioning and overall well-being.
In her role, Kayla works closely with clients to coordinate care, connect them with community supports, and help navigate systems such as healthcare, education, and other essential services. She is committed to providing compassionate, individualized support that promotes stability and long-term success.
In addition to her work as a TCM, Kayla assists with various leadership responsibilities, supporting team coordination and helping ensure consistent, high-quality care across services. Her dedication and teamwork make her a valued part of the Southern Roots team.
