Melissa Hansford, known to many as Missy, is a Williamsburg native with deep roots in the local community. A proud graduate of Whitley County High School (2004), Missy has dedicated her career to serving individuals and families in the region she calls home.
Missy began her work in the mental health field in 2012 and earned her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands in 2015. She is passionate about working with individuals of all ages and is committed to helping others move beyond simply “getting through the day” to truly enjoying life.
Missy believes that while everyone carries unique life experiences and past traumas, healing is always possible. She strives to create a supportive and empowering environment where clients can grow, heal, and build the life they deserve.
She has completed additional specialized training to better serve her clients, including:
- Board Certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH‑C), supporting both mothers and fathers through pregnancy and postpartum challenges
- Training in Brainspotting and EMDR, evidence-based approaches for processing trauma, emotional distress, and improving overall mental wellness

Libbie Miller is a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals achieve improved mental health and overall well-being. She provides both medication management and therapeutic support, using a holistic, thoughtful, and evidence-informed approach to care.
Libbie works with adolescents and adults, with clinical focus in anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. She is committed to meeting each individual where they are and providing personalized care that addresses the whole person—mind and body.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in 2025 and brings a strong foundation of clinical knowledge along with a patient-centered approach to treatment. Her goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to make meaningful and lasting changes.

Mahaila graduated from Lindsey Wilson University in 2024 with a Master of Education in Counseling and a Certificate in Substance Abuse Counseling. She is a dedicated behavioral health professional who brings energy, compassion, and a strong commitment to helping individuals and families thrive. She has a particular passion for working with children and adolescents, supporting their emotional growth, behavioral development, and overall well-being. Mahaila also has extensive experience working with individuals impacted by substance use disorders, providing support in recovery, relapse prevention, and co-occurring mental health needs through a structured and compassionate approach.
A Williamsburg native and proud WISD graduate, Mahaila is deeply connected to the community she serves. She is committed to providing accessible, supportive care that meets individuals where they are and helps them build the skills needed for long-term success.
In addition to her clinical work, Mahaila contributes to the professional community through teaching at the college level, bringing both practical experience and knowledge into her work with clients.
