Community Support Associate

Our Community Support Associate (CSA) services are designed to provide hands-on assistance to individuals who need additional guidance in building skills, maintaining stability, and functioning successfully in their daily environments.

Community Support Associates work directly with clients in real-life settings to help develop practical life skills, strengthen coping strategies, and improve independence. Services are individualized to each client’s needs and focus on creating meaningful, lasting progress in areas that impact daily life.

Our CSA team supports individuals by reinforcing therapeutic goals, improving communication and social skills, and assisting with routines that promote structure and stability. We are committed to helping clients build confidence and develop the tools necessary to manage challenges both at home and in the community. Through a strengths-based approach, they empower individuals to overcome challenges and build the skills needed to thrive.
